All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can promptly handle your concern.
We only offer shipment to the United States. No international shipping is available.
At ellen j goods our goal is to offer you our very best shipping rates and delivery times possible. Given the wide range of product options available, we offer a tiered shipping rate system based on the amount you spend. We will combine multiple orders and refund excess shipping where possible and at our discretion. Shipment providers may include USPS, Fed Ex or UPS.

Please allow us up to 7 business days to process and ship your order. Our goal is to ship promptly, but we may delay shipment if an item is out of stock so that your order can be processed completely filled. If an item in your order is out of stock or is indicated in the description as "shipping soon", please notify us and we can ship that item separately, if you desire.
PLEASE NOTE SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES:
Please note that during weather related regional closures, your order may be delayed. We will not ship DIY paint during freezing temperatures.
ORDERS TO BE PICKED UP AT 435 Main Street, Medina, NY
Orders which are to be picked up at 435 Main Street, Medina will be processed with shipping. When you notify us that you are picking up your order at ellen j goods physical location, we will refund your shipping and notify you of available hours to pick up your order.
