This is open to any age 6 and older: Each student will receive a shamrock and 5 tags! Shamrocks are 16x17. We will be learning the basics of decoupage. Come join this beginner-friendly class taught by Julie Fenton. We will be using fun Pentart products. Class includes all supplies needed! Only 10 spaces available.
