Craft these shelf sitters using Ideaology Backdrops, Layers and Ephemera elements. Perfect for mantles, ledges or shelves! JR cut 2X4's into varied sizes ( you can also use vingette boxes) and Lynne added layers of all the Christmas collage elements. Top with Salvaged Figures, which can be customized with paint. Now you have a charming set of shelf sitters that you can gift away or keep for yourself ( wink, wink). Pinky swear, they are going to make you smile. SOME FINAL THOUGHTS FOR THE WEEK
When I discovered making with Tim Holtz stuff, my world was rocked. I love every bit of it all and I love making with all the things. I mentioned in our live on Wednesday that opening my Tim Holtz holiday storage box was like I was coming home for Christmas. Whether I'm sitting alone in my studio or sitting on the sofa sorting through all of the Idealogy things, or putting together a Christmas journal, there is something special about creating with Tim's stuff and letting your imagination take over, it warms my heart and brings me joy. My wish for you is that you find some play time to create and have fun...to re-discover that childhood excitement of unboxing holiday secrets and surprises.
