Hello, Creative Friends
One of my favorite parts of introducing a new paper collection is watching it come to life through the eyes of other artists.
Over the past week, I’ve been inspired by the beautiful projects our creative partners have shared. What has stood out most is how many have chosen to let the papers be the star, using thoughtful, uncomplicated designs that truly showcase the artwork itself.
It’s a wonderful reminder that we don’t always need to add more. Sometimes the most striking projects come from allowing a beautiful design to speak for itself.
Every interpretation has been unique, and seeing this collection inspire so many different creative voices has been one of the greatest joys of this release.

Schedule for the Week Ahead
Community Spotlight
This week, we are celebrating our Insider Jill Jordan Young from Young at Heart Designs.
“I wanted to share my bathroom remodel using Menagerie transfers by IOD . I had this small area where I was originally looking for wallpaper, but I couldn’t find or afford what I wanted. It hit me to use the transfers I already had. Boy, I’m so happy with the results!
The paint color is Palladian Blue by Benjamin Moore. The wall had been skim-coated, so it was flat and a perfect surface. It took me about three hours to build my Menagerie.”
You have inspired all of us, Jill! I have a place in our shop where I’ve always wanted to create a mural with Menagerie .
You can join our free Insider Group here.
What Inspires Us
I’ve been gathering ideas and inspiration for the seasons ahead. Forever a collector of vintage holiday and seasonal décor, I’m excited to share a few cute Halloween projects and, of course, Christmas and winter inspiration.
No doubt IOD will be giving us a jaw-dropping seasonal collection.
True confession: I’ve already been creating with it. You’ll also be seeing upcoming seasonal artist-designed papers from Decoupage Queen.
Final Thoughts
Creativity isn’t measured by how much we finish—it’s found in the joy of making.
Every brushstroke, every new technique, and every project teaches us something along the way.
Whether you’ve completed a masterpiece or simply gathered supplies for your next idea, you’re nurturing the creative spirit that brings beauty into your home and your life.
Thank you for allowing ellen j goods to be part of that journey.
Tell us what you’re most looking forward to as we prepare for the busiest and most exciting creative season of the year.
